Ethiopia - Korommii

  • The coffee comes from a processing site called "Korommi" that is operated by Guji Highland Farm, a group that manage their own large semi-forest coffee farms around the Guji area. 

    Lots of sweet and fruity tasting notes coming through the coffee. More towards the sweet side of things this time though. Makes a beautiful bright filter coffee with lots of pleasant fruity aromas.
