    The region experiences plenty of sun, high temperatures and high humidity for the majority of the year. 

    With such a unique set of tasting notes this coffee makes an amazing filter. Dark chocolate and berries stand out immediately in the drink with a subtle juiciness to finish. As an espresso the juiciness of the apple becomes slightly sour and more vibrant with the dark chocolate and berry running throughout.
