Our story
A Lab on a mission
The story of Lab 82 began in 2014 when our founder, Richie Fennelly, set off to the Netherlands to learn the science behind deliciously good coffee and cakes. Richie's dream was to create a coffee shop infused with creativity, inventiveness and quality produce. We opened our doors in September 2018, and since then, we've been on a mission to create freaking delicious food and coffee. We are a lab mixing, blending and infusing ridiculously tasty ideas.
